Although w'd love to, we don't have a store and we don't offer a click and collect service. Cusotmer visits are not allowed at our head office.

We take the safety of our customers and team members very seriously, and want you to be able to enjoy your time shopping with us. Rest assured that our premises, including packing areas and stock handling facilities, are regularly sanitized and cleaned as per the latest health guidelines. Deliveries are contactless. Remember, we are an online store only and our Head Office is closed to the public.

We sure are! Hobby Land is 100% owned and operated from our beautiful New Zealand. We also ship our products from New Zealand.

We are not able to offer specific dates for when our products will be back in stock.

If you navigate to the sold out product on our website, a button that says 'Email when available' will appear at the bottom of the page. If you click on that button and leave your email address, you will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Shipping & Delivery

Upon dispatch of your order, you should have received an email from our team with a link to track your parcel. Simply click on the link and you will be redirected to a page with all the info you need about the status of your delivery. If you are experiencing problems with the tracking link or you need more information, please contact our customer service team

Orders take between 1 and 3 business days to be dispatched and delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination.

We are experiencing a higher than usual order volume, so our orders might be delayed. We thank you for your patience. Please check our Shipping page to find out delivery times specific to your area.

We might send your order in multiple parcels, due to stock location and availability. If that's the case, you will be notified via email and you will receive a tracking link for each parcel sent. Please see more details in our Terms & Conditions.

We currently ship to New Zealand only although we are working on expanding to other countries. Stay tuned for more information soon!

For Laybuy or Afterpay exchanges, we will process a refund and you will need to re-purchase via our website. We are more than happy to honour free shipping and any special prices paid the first time round - just contact the customer service team if that is the case.

You can redeem your rewards on all the Hobby Land products. 

Simply log in into your Hobby Land online account and click on the ‘Rewards’ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. A small pop-up window will show your points earned.

Here's some instructions to redeem your points:

1.  Log in onto your account by clicking 'Login/Sign up' at the top-right of our home page.

2. Click on 'VIP Club' on our main menu. A small window will pop up.

3. Click on 'Ways to redeem' and your available discount/s will appear. 

4. Click on  'Redeem' next to the discount and a code will appear. Please use that code at checkout to redeem your discount or click on 'Apply' and the code will be automatically applied to your cart.

You won’t earn points on the $5 reward, but you will earn points on the portion of the transaction that isn't paid for by the $5 rewards.

Unfortunately points and rewards can not be transferred to another customer or account.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay through Laybuy, AfterPay, Google Pay, Pay Pal and Apple Pay. We do not do credits or offer payments via bank transfer or phone.

Yes you can! Just choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that you can’t purchase Gift Cards with Laybuy or Afterpay.

Gift Cards

Yes! We offer gift cards for the value of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200. Find out more about gift cards and purchase yours on our online shop.

Using our Digital Gift Cards is easy. Choose your preferred denomination and shop your gift card. You will soon receive a unique code via email (please check your spam folder in case the email got stuck there). Head over to and fill up your shopping cart with goodies! At check out, simply paste your unique code in the ‘Gift Card’ box and proceed to check out.

If the balance of your card is lower than your order value, you will need to pay the difference. At check out you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to pay for the difference.
