Change of mind returns

We will accept change-of-mind returns for products provided that:

• Goods are returned or exchanged within 28 days from the purchase date (exclusions apply). After this period you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
• You produce your original Hobby Land online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
• The goods are in the original packaging, including any accessories and instruction manuals.
• The goods are in their original condition and not been used or damaged in any way.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Other Returns

Hobby Land will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or exchanged product where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and

Hobby Land may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Hobby Land reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

• Your original Hobby Land online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable

For Laybuy or Afterpay returns and exchanges, we will process a refund, and you will need to re-purchase via our website.

We do our best to make sure your Hobby Land goodies reach you as quickly as possible! We deliver our products during weekdays - delivery charges and times change depending on the destination and on the delivery service of your choice. See the table below for more details - 

Please note: Standard shipping on orders over $40 is free. This doesn’t include deliveries to rural addresses and delivery with signature required.

OVERSIZE PRODUCT DELIVERY

Big, bulky and oversize products (over 10kg) will be delivered via courier. Please check the table below for rates and allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

For oversize items delivered to rural addresses or for parcels over 25kg, please contact our customer service team and you will receive a shipping quote.
