Permanent marker metallic effect with water based ink. Great covering power for use in decorations on dark paper or card. Ideal for permanently decorating any kind of porous surface (card, paper, fabric…) and removable with a damp cloth on non-porous surfaces (glass, crystal, ceramics…) on textile surfaces.
