Saral TP Sampler pack
Seems a little too expensive for a sample pack, if its good you buy more, so should have a more inviting price. Or could be in smaller format , maybe A6 rather than A4. it only takes 2 mins to see if the product will work for the job you have in mind. I do lettercutting, which is carving letters into slate/stone. the transfer of text has to be very precise. I usually use carbon paper, but this is becoming harder to get ahold of since the demise of the typewriter! The Saral works very well and gives you a line as fine as the nib you are using. The white Saral is excellent and shows up clearly on the dark slate. I believe the actual product comes in larger sheets which would be better than continually repositioning an A4 Carbon on a large stone. Downsides are price, and durability, the trace can be brushed off with a shirt sleeve if not to careful. and unlike carbon paper, it can be washed off in the rain. (I work outside because of the dust of carving). But knowing the limitations, I would buy again as it is much clearer than dark coloured carbon trace. so 4/5 for the sampler (make it cheaper, it's a lead in product > i would have bought it last year if it had be more reasonably priced against the alts!)
Transfer paper sampler
As yet I have not used the sample I received. I have been looking locally for this for some time and purchased the sampler to see if it was what I was actually looking for ...... it is. Service was great, received it within the time frame stated .... now know where to get more from
